Roasted Broccoli with Lemon, Garlic and Parmesan

INGREDIENTS
3 Broccoli Crowns3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Juice from 1 lemon
Kosher Salt
Course Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
METHOD
1 Preheat oven to 425ºF
2 Cut Broccoli crowns into florets of even size, place in large bowl
3 Toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, and lemon juice
4 Arrange florets on baking sheet or glass bakeware
5 Roast for 20 minutes
6 Toss with Parmesan cheese
Enjoy immediately!
